Austin, TX band THE BLACK ANGELS will bring back the psychedelic 60s Tuesday (6/17) night at The Aquarium with THE WARLOCKS of L.A., also on the bill. BA's "Black Grease" conjures up a Ted Nugent "Stranglehold" vibe - for those of you old-timers out there like me. Interestingly enough, these two bands list each other as influences. Talk about a mutual admiration society...good stuff.
